Scenario:
It's another beautiful clear night sky and Ash, Misty, and Brock decide to let their Pokemon roam around. Ash is enjoying himself with a helping of rice dumplings while the other two gaze at the large full moon. Misty soon spots a shooting star and she mentions if you wish upon a shooting star, it'll come true. Misty wishes that she'll find the best water Pokemon, Brock wanting the most beautiful lady to come to him, and Ash, well as always wanting to be the best Pokemon Master. Except, something's odd about this shooting star, it seems like it's actually in the atmosphere. Ash and Misty look at it, leaving Brock wishing hard. All of a sudden something falls off from the star or actually it's a UFO!
Phanpy notices the object and runs to it, soon it being a Cleffa landing on it. Soon the UFO crashes somewhere along the mountains. The gang checks out what hit Phanpy and checks it out. It also looks like their not the only ones wanting a glimpse of the Pokemon, some ways away, two people dressed in black trenchcoats spy upon the heroes. It looks like their Team Rocket. After a while with, the Cleffa wants to get back to where she came from, the downed UFO in the distance. And while this is at play, Jesse, James and Meowth are spying on them from another place. Just before the heroes start off, the two people in black pop out. One guy, one girl, they do a little photo shooting of the Cleffa before Ash asks them what they are doing. They look at Ash for a moment and they do a little stance, saying they are from the Pokemon Fushigi Club, and do a "PFC"letters with their arms. Their names are Ken and Mary.
Soon the Rockets decide need a little piece of the action and they soon hop down to Ash. They do their little motto and then the PFC members who's these guys. Team Rocket argues over them that they're the one's who's goning to get the Cleffa. Then the PFC members have says they have the stuff to do it, and then they whip out a tool kit and start building, making a rocket launcher device. They take a shot at the Cleffa, but Phanpy soon picks Cleffa up and heads off away. Ash starts to chase after them but the two groups stay, figuring that this is going to be one heated competition for one little Pokemon.
The PFC guys don't really mind about a little forest to stop them. They get out their took kit once more and start building. Jesse and James wonders what they could be wasting their time this time. When their done, the PFC members built one large bulldozer. The PFC members simply hop in and drive through the forest. Jesse and James looks at each other for a moment then decide to just use their balloon.
After a while of running, Phanpy and Cleffa stop at a gorge, a deep gorge. Soon enough, the PFC members are closing in on Phanpy. With no other choice, Phanpy decides to slam into a tree to make a bridge. It takes a while but Phanpy manages to break the tree down before the PFC gets there. Phanpy makes it across before PFC could do anything. Ash soon catches up with them and simply just ignores them, going across the log to catch up with Phanpy.
Team Rocket soon laugh as they fly over the gorge, seeing that the PFC members are stuck in a jam. Using the Rockets to their advantage, Ken and Merry decide to build another machine that grappled them onto the balloon.
Phanpy and Cleffa soon make it to the crash site, where they find a group of stranded Clefairies all looking nervous in front of a wrecked UFO. The Cleffa jumps off Phanpy and soon goes to the Clefairy, but she's soon stopped! The ones stopping being Team Rocket. Then the PFC members follow as well. Ash does make it, but it's now just a showdown between the Rockets and PFC. PFC soon starts to make another machine from thier kit and it pops out as a tank-like vehicle with arms and hands. But Team Rocket also has another trick up their sleeve. They press a button and their balloon becomes one giant Meowth mecha.
They try to go after the Cleffa, but each side soon argues over who gets it and soon it's robot wars against each other's vehicles. After getting in a grip, the Rockets decide to use one of thier infamous secret weapons. However, when they try it, it doesn't work. They try it again, still no response. When they look, the Clefairy are dismantling their machine! The PFC members think they've won this one but their machine also get's dismantled. With no machines and the PFC out of kits, getting Cleffa like this isn't worth the trouble. Phanpy is mad enough as it is, and Team Rocket's still not through yet. So Phanpy gives the Rockets and PFC a Rollout to knock them into the sky.
Except now the UFO's starting fly away, and Cleffa isn't on board yet. Cleffa starts to go, but looks back to Phanpy, sad that she has to leave her friend behind. Phanpy feels the same way but Cleffa starts to go off. As she does, she evolves into a Clefairy! She soon goes onto the UFO before it flies off moments later. Phanpy's is sad to leave a friend at his age, but Ash soon cheers him up. It looks like Phanpy's got a large life ahead of him.
Meanwhile, the PFC members are at it again, this time examing a crop circle. This could only mean that a UFO landed. But looks like that theories ruined when they see a Snorlax rolling over. So they propose another theory about Snorlax, but the Snorlax rolls over on top of them.
