Scenario:
After another adventure with some twists in it, Ash finds a nearby town to settle in. After a while, Togepi notices something and goes through some brush, finding a girl teaching two Igglgbuffs to dance. The girl notices the Togepi and then the gang comes shortly afterwards. Misty picks up the Togepi and apologizes for the little interruption. Then they notice that there some Igglybuffs, dressed up in a ribbon. Misty asks the girl what she's doing. The girl is Chihiro, and she's a very popular local singer around here. Her specialty is mainly training her two Igglybuff twins to dance. Chihiro offers to show them her next song for tonight's performance. Ash and the others gladly accept. She starts off with a few moves before actually singing. It also seems Jigglypuff followed them, once more. High above in the sky, Team Rocket floats around in their balloon. They spy on the gang, obviously, and check out the two dancing Igglybuffs. Jesse goes into a daydream once more over fame and fortune. Seems like they have a new target.
Jiggly puff comes along and soon prepares to sing a song. Ash soon stops her, grabbing the little marker/mic from her and stuffs the marker in his bag. Chihiro wanders about this Jigglypuff, but maybe she can tag along to the concert. While no one's look, Jigglypuff smacks the two Igglybuffs, then looks all innocent when Misty notices. When Misty turns her back, Jigglypuff grabbed the two little ribbons on the Igglybuffs and stomped on them. The twins soon cried and when Misty looked back, Jigglypuff went to that innocent ploy again. She lied, saying the wind blew the ribbons away, she was just helping. After everything was settled, Jiggly kicked the twins off to the ground.
Later that evening before the concert, there's a few moments backstage. Ash and the gang tell Chihiro good luck, and they'll be rooting for her. Then there's Jigglypuff, still wanting a piece of the action. She gives the twins one last kick before going out. The concert starts off well, as there are a lot of people cheering on for Chihiro. Jigglypuff is there next to Ash, all frowns. She wants to go up there too, but where's her marker/mic? Then she remember Ash put away, so she hops off to grab it. At the backstage room, Jiggly finally manages to find the backpacks. She jumps up to the table and roots through Misty's bag first. She finds nothing then goes into Brock's bag. She pulls out a bread roll and eats it, but the marker is not in there. Then finally she goes through Ash's bag, finding the marker. After the song, Jigglypuff manages to get to the stage. Ash and co. are surprised to so Jiggly puff there. But before Jiggly could hit the first note, someone crashes the concert! The mysterious people open in a song of their own, which is in fact, Team Rocket's song. Oh well to that, everyone was booing at them. Then they commenced their plan. James sent out Weezing to smoke the area, and not before long, they went off fast and easy with the twins!
Now there's a problem, the fans are rooting for Chihiro, but she can't go on without the Igglybuffs... There must be something. Then Misty says that Brock sure can definitely cover for her while their away. And Brock certainly has a piece souped up for an occasion like this. Soon the gang and Chihiro go off to find the twins. Athe concert hall, Brock sings his ever-so-famous "Brock's Paradise." The song turns out to be an instant hit.
Some ways, Team Rocket bask in their easy sucess. James thinks that the twins would be easy hits for specials and toys and so forth. Jesse on the other hand puts her in the picture and everything is her with the twins. It wasn't before long when they opened up their bag to find their catch. What they got was there, except one very mad Jigglypuff. Jesse and James look at it for a moment then figured, tie her up.
Ash soon found the first campsite where Team Rocket was, seeing Jigglypuff. He unties her and asks Jiggly where Team Rocket went. Obviously wanting a piece of them, she gladly shows the gang the way. Noctowl soon spots Team Rocket and goes up to make a hole in the balloon. Ash and the rest soon follow. They get there in no time at all before the Rockets could recover from their sudden drop. The twins soon go up to Chihiro and everything seems alright, but not for long as Jesse isn't going to let up her goal that easily. She sends out Arbok and James sends out Victreebel. Chihiro said she'll take over the fight. The twins send out a Attract at first to put a stall to the two Pokemon then they both give them a little slaps. Finally Jigglypuff gets a piece a action and does a major slap, sending both of the Rocket's Pokemon towards their owners. Finally Pikachu delivers the final blow with a Thunder Bolt.
All Brock has been doing at the concert is just one song, so by the time everyone gets back, everyone's already fed up. Soon everyone cheers on seeing Chihiro back. Soon she does her finale. (which was the song in the beginning) After that, Jigglypuff does comes up and sings her song. And the result leaves her mad, and everyone snoozing with marks all over their face.
